Privacy & consent

Questions are saved only when you agree. A phone number or email is optional and requires separate follow-up consent. Questions and feedback are used to identify content needs; they are not sold by this app.

Anonymous measurement is optional. The application stores event type, article/category, language and time; it does not save IP addresses, user agents, full referrers or visitor identifiers. Your browser remembers the measurement preference. Essential form-security and admin-session cookies are separate.

Default retention for questions, feedback and local events is 180 days, with a minimum configurable period of 7 days. Records are automatically removed on the next request after the period expires; an admin can also delete individual questions. Contact MENNENI through its official website for a question or removal request. Do not submit medical records, government IDs or other sensitive information.
